Packaging - what to expect

All our items are sent in a recycled envelope with our logo on them. We have a commitment to use less packaging and no longer send out gift pouches. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item received must be in the exact same condition in which you received it. As well as it must be in its original packaging.

We are responsible for shipping costs and product refunds that meet the following conditions:

• Products with manufacturing defects that make it impossible to use
• Products received were totally different from the ordered
• Sizing doesn’t match order
